When I first joined the Sun Country team, I saw an opportunity to elevate how we connect with talent. At the time, we didn’t have a clearly defined employer brand or a dedicated space to showcase what it’s like to work there. That’s why we set out to build something new—a fresh employer brand identity and a career site that truly reflects the Sun Country experience: careers.suncountry.com.

This wasn’t just a new website launch; it was a full-scale transformation. We developed updated messaging, a refined EVP, and a visual language designed to bring our culture to life.
Every piece of this was intentionally crafted to show—not just tell—what it’s like to work there.
But what makes this career site different? It goes beyond job listings. It’s a dynamic, immersive space where potential candidates can see themselves in our story.
Through real employee features—stories that I create through writing, interviews, photography, and video—we’re giving job seekers an authentic look at what it’s like to work there. Because culture isn’t just words on a page; it’s the people who make this airline what it is.
This work is an extension of what we’ve built with Stories by Sun Country, our external communications site. That platform has been a powerful way to highlight the Sun Country experience, and now, our career site takes it even further—tailoring that storytelling specifically for talent.
