Get To Going Series by Sun Country Airlines
Designing for the traveler who doesn't sit still.
(“Not your typical trip—and that’s the point.” That’s how Sun Country Airlines describes their Get To Going series, and they’re not wrong. The series is all about finding hidden gems, meeting locals, and rethinking what a vacation can look like. Less poolside margarita, more local eats and off-the-map adventures.)
When the idea came up to give the series its own digital home, I jumped at the chance to explore a fresh approach. I proposed a standalone Wix site so we could build out an individual space for each episode—highlighting booking callouts for flights, hotels, and rental cars. The goal? Create a seamless, content-rich experience that brings the series to life and helps viewers plan their own trips.
Starting with scalable wireframes, I designed the site to grow alongside the series. Each episode now has its own space to house the full-length YouTube video, a product placement area, and expanded content about the destinations we visit—including all of my own photography.
As the brand photographer and social media strategist for the project, I travel with the crew to document the story as it unfolds. From BTS shots of Amber to capturing the soul of a new city, my lens helps translate the spirit of the series into something visual, scrollable, and very shareable.
This project blends strategy, design, and storytelling—and it’s been a fun one to bring to life.
